Questions about ingredients
Most queries come down to dosage and form. Every product page lists the amount per serving, so start there. What matters more is the label on the container in your hand: read the serving size first, then the quantity per serving, then the rest of the label. Men's vitamin supplements are usually built around a familiar base of vitamins and minerals for men, and the details that change between one formula and the next are the amounts and the botanical extras.
If two formulas share an ingredient, such as magnesium or zinc, note the combined total before taking both. Add up the servings of each rather than the capsules — a formula that asks for two capsules a day delivers twice the amount per serving by the end of the day. If you already own another natural supplement for men, put its label next to ours and compare the shared lines.

Take capsules with a meal unless the label says otherwise, at roughly the same time each day. Consistency matters more than precision: a routine you can keep beats a perfect schedule you abandon after a week.
Give any formula three to four weeks of steady use before judging whether it helps, and change one product at a time. That way you know which change did what. Energy and endurance supplements in particular are easy to over-assess on a good day and blame on a bad one.

Storage
Questions about storage
Indonesia’s humidity is the main risk, and it works slowly. Keep containers sealed, in a closed cupboard at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and out of the bathroom. The shelf above the kettle is the worst place in the house for a natural capsule.
Do not decant capsules into a different container, and check the expiry date when your order arrives. If capsules look discolored or clumped, stop using them and message us — clumping is usually moisture, and it is not worth guessing about.
One practical habit: keep the container in the cupboard where you take it, not in the kitchen where you cook. Out of sight of the stove is out of reach of the steam.
Questions about combining products
Often fine, with one check: overlapping minerals. The daily formula and the endurance blend both contain magnesium, so full servings of each double it. Space them across the day, or use one at full serving and the other at half. Send us the names and we will map the overlap before you commit.

Questions about delivery
Orders ship by courier to addresses across Indonesia. Timelines depend on destination and stock, and the team confirms both before you pay. A Bandung address usually arrives sooner than an outer-island one, and that is the honest difference — not something we can promise our way around.
For remote areas, ask about the courier options in advance. Some destinations have one service that reaches them reliably and others that hand off several times; knowing which is which before you order saves a week of guessing. If you are ordering for someone else, put their city and postcode in the first message.
If a container arrives damaged, photograph it and contact us the same day so we can sort out a replacement. Keep the outer box in the photo too — it helps the courier trace what happened, and it keeps the conversation short.

If nothing changes after a fair trial and your other habits are steady, that is useful information too — stop and try something else rather than adding a second product on top.
Can I take capsules on an empty stomach?
Most formulas sit better with food. Unless the product page states otherwise, take your serving with breakfast or another meal to reduce the chance of stomach discomfort. A meal does not have to be heavy — even a small one is usually enough to make the difference. If a specific formula is meant to be taken apart from food, that instruction is printed on its own page and on the container.
Do you ship outside Indonesia?
Delivery is arranged within Indonesia. If you are ordering from abroad or sending to an overseas address, write to us first and we will tell you whether it can be arranged. The answer depends on the destination and the courier serving it, so a short message with the full address gets you a straight answer rather than a guess.
Are the products suitable for men of all ages?
They are formulated for adults. If you are under 18, pregnant, or managing a health condition, speak with a doctor before using any supplement. That is the same rule we would apply to ourselves, and it applies to every product on this site — including the ones sold as natural capsules for strength and vitality.
How do I know which products are the right ones for me?
Start with what you actually want to support: a steady daily base, or days when training and work both ask more of you. Most men begin with one daily multi and add a second product only if a specific need stays unmet after a fair trial. Our product selection page explains how each formula was chosen and what we left out, which is usually more informative than a list of ingredients alone.
Can I collect my order in person?
Yes. Pickup is available in Bandung at Jl. Asia Afrika No. 8, Braga, Sumurbandung, Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 18:00. Message first so we can confirm stock and set a time — arriving without a confirmed order usually means waiting while someone finds it. Bring the confirmation message with you.
Questions we will not answer
Saying no is part of running an honest information site. This is the line, plainly stated in advance.
Anything that asks us to interpret a symptom, recommend a product for a diagnosed condition, or comment on prescription medicine. We are an information and retail site, not a professional service, and guessing at those answers would be irresponsible. Please take those questions to a doctor or pharmacist — they can see what we cannot, and their answer will be worth more than ours.
What we will always answer: what is in a formula and in what amount, how to take it, how to store it in this climate, whether two products overlap, what is in stock, and when it can reach you.
